The customer service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Had such a great shopping experience. Adolfo was super knowledgeable about their products and guided us in finding the correct strand of cannabis we were looking for. Place was cheaper than another spot I was in earlier. Clean and extremely knowledgeable friendly staff! The take card as payment. Best part is that it is a family owned business by a US VETERAN! The product was excellent and discrete, compared to “corporate” products with the cannabis symbol or name all over. I’m so happy they opened this place!! An absolutely amazing shopping experience that really sets them apart from other dispensaries.  Of course you have the awesome selection and prices but aside from that they have an amazing vibe that just makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed in almost like your dad owns the store. Wow! Citi Roots really knows how to do it. They have all different types of strains. Personally I look for flower high in terpenes and sure enough they had multiple products which contained it.
